Mid Day Cuddle

During observations for the ecology and evolution of mammals lab I was lucky enough to be able to observe a naked mole rat colony at Assiniboine park zoo. This image demonstrates not only how small these animals really are, but when observing them they are likely to be in one of their famous colony huddles for warmth.
