Canadian Oral History Association
The Canadian Oral History Association (COHA) was formed in 1975 to help the diverse individuals and groups who have an interest in oral history. For more than 40 years, COHA has published Oral History Forum d’histoire orale (www.oralhistoryforum.ca) for scholars, archivists, librarians, community activists, and others who use oral history in their explorations of the past and present. COHA exists to encourage and support the skilled creation, preservation, and use of oral histories.
