Micro Walleye

Freshly hatched walleye larvae are almost too small to see with the naked-eye, but under the microscope their world is revealed. These fish will float aimlessly in Manitoba’s lakes until they are big enough to feed. It is hard to imagine that these larvae can grow to 30 inches!
